Cerveza de abadía, de color ámbar.Gusto y aroma maltoso con notas de caramelo y anaranjado. De espuma blanca y persistente. Es una cerveza fuerte. De cuerpo cremoso, final largo y muy agradable; no pasa desapercibida su graduación alcohólica. Gusto frutal y dulce, y un final algo amargo, como el de sus otras dos “hermanas” (blonde y brune).
